eating them later. i've got by no skill seen a bejesus pop out of any animal i've got shot. What precisely IS a bejesus? the subsequent ingredient you vegan varieties would be decreased to is eating rocks and airborne dirt and dust. You adult adult males slay me, you quite do! did you know that flowers react to exterior stimuli? They sense a sort of soreness, so i assume you will could desire to visit the community gravel pit to consume your next meal while you're so frightened approximately "suffering". perhaps your "human wrongdoings" could nicely be atoned for in case you enable the "furry lil' animals" consume YOU somewhat? Oh, the soreness! If I snicker to any extent further, i'm going to have an aneuerism!

I don't hunt but I do understand, from being a camper and hiker and amateur naturalist that hunting plays a role in keeping wildlife populations within a healty balance. The DNR in our state spends a great deal of time, with intense and welcome input from greenies, in trying to keep deer and other wild animals at a population level that will allow them to live. I don't hunt but I don't begrudge those who do. It is an ancient lifestyle and I have found that the same people who argue against hunting argue for native americans not being restricted in fishing out salmon populations or hunting endangered species. Go figure. Hunting is a lifestyle and being opposed to hunting is a political lifestyle that has nothing to do with the welfare of wildlife. I don't do either.

we as humans have eliminated the predators we are the main predator with out hunting we would be over run by deer and other animals Some of us still hunt for food yes im in the electronic age and have more than a high school ed. although still like the thought that im eating a healthy unadulterated animal no hormones no drugs to make it taste better just animal. with over expansion of humans and the encroachment of their territory we have created a bad situation

The attraction huh? Well if their small and furry their usually a pest as well. So, the attraction is that 'they make great practice targets and it keeps their populations down to boot!' ;)

It's a matter of attitude.

To people who rarely interact with animals (wildlife) it seems cruel and unnecessary but to the farming community it seems different as they have a working knowledge of animals and don't see them as pets and all fluffy and cuddly.

There are arguments for and against shooting animals and I don't see any reason why it is wrong to shoot something if you're going to eat it. But to do it just for sport in my view is a waste of a life and should be banned.

If you're going to shoot something for sport shoot a target or a clay pigeon.

I have shot rabbits, deer, ducks, and turkeys and not found any bejesus in any of them. Nor have i found any in my fish.

How many of you decrying hunting as cruel or whatever have ever bought meat at a grocery store? Hunters at least have enough respect to look their meal in the eye, not have someone else do the hard part so you can put some nicey nice meal on your IKEA table while you and your urban pals sit around and spout your liberal bullshark and have no idea of how things work in the real world.

LONG LIVE TED NUGENT!!!

Apparently the cuteness of the animal makes it wrong? If we shaved them, you'd be OK with hunting? It's ok to raise a big bristly pig in confinement and slaughter it, but a cute fuzzy wuzzy widdle squirrel offends you, right?

It's nice to see just how shallow the anti hunting crowd can be.

Sure they are. Why don't you run out and pet a Bull Elk. Or Buck Deer. A badger is gentle and loving.
Most hunters hunt for food. It's that need to eat that makes us walk around in hip deep snow.

It doesn't matter if they are cute, or not. What matters is how they taste. However, shooting a rat, or prairie dog is pest control, so it's mostly for target practice. Go cry somewhere else, because you aren't going to get any sympathy here.

If you knew anything about farming you would know that coyotes destroy chickens, deer & crow destroy the corn and on and on.
