i wanna lose weight EXSTREMLY fast no matter the health risk, and i dont wanna use drugs like crack lol any tips?

Only have three meals a day.
But eat only half of what you have.
Only go to eat the meal very hungry.
drink three litres of water a day.
Drink three cups of green tea (burns 100 calories).
Dont eat past 7 o clock...

Just drink water, take vitamins & supplements..
