OK this actually just sounds really stupid. You want to lose weight, not die, right? Just eat healthy and workout; you will lose weight gradually i.e. the healthy way.

Okay, you're sixteen... don't attempt what you just mentioned. Because thats how really bad stuff started for me. I was 5'8" and i weighed about 165 pounds and i wanted to lose weight so I began a starvation style diet like one you just described there..
Before i knew it I was mentally ill.
So i lost the weight.. yeah. But it wasn't healthy... i wasn't and didnt look it either.
If you do this you'll either end up losing weight then eventually gaining it back... or as it was in my case losing it... then not knowing when was enough.
Seriously... Im sixteen too. I understand your means but its not worth it.
My suggestion is don't skip breakfast always eat a good filling breakfast that has protein, carbs and fruit in it. Don't snack. Eat a good lunch. Dont eat refined foods. Dont eat carbs in your dinner. have treats but now and again. Of course exercise... but not excessively. If you want to lose weight maybe an hour a day.

Its better if you try to loose the weight gradually by exercise and just by replacing junk food with healthy foods. If you lose wieght too quickly you will feel very low in energy and after 2 weeks you will most likely binge eat and put all the weight back on. You shouldnt punish your body like that, its always better to lose it slowly.

10 pounds in 3 weeks? perfectly possible.
However if you haven't tried something like this before, I suggest you start slowly- just in case you run into low sugar levels (dizziness, fainting)
I'd suggest a cup of oat meal in the morning + a yoghurt in the afternoon and evening. No food after 6 PM or 7 PM. Plenty to drink.
You a girl or a boy? I ask because when slimming, one can lose body in places where you do not necessarily want to lose it.

Everyone loses weight at different rates and in different ways. However, if you want to lose weight I would recommend you do something more healthy. It's just not healthy at all to only have a piece of fruit and water everyday. Contrary to common belief it seems, you don't need to not eat to lose weight. You just need to be smart about your meals and, of course, drink a lot of water. Your body needs certain nutrients to function.
