No one is holding a gun to the head of a religionists to force them to have an abortion, why then do they think it is a violation of their rights if they are denied the opportunity to use the coercive power of the state to force their narrow religious prejudices on the rest of us by making women bare unwanted children? If they are successful in this endeavor, they will start a very un-civil war because women will not go back to the barbarity of forced breeding. If you don't believe in abortion, don't GD have one.

abortion is nothing less that taking the life of a child. If it only involved the woman that would be one thing- but there is another life that cannot make a choice. There are 2 heartbeats not one- a woman does not find out she is pregnant until she is somewhere near 6 weeks, and the baby's heart has been beating since 3 weeks after conception- this is scientifically proven. A woman does not have a right to take the life of another. If the mother was killed by stabbing lets say and the baby was killed as well it would be a double murder- but if a mom decides to abort her child it is called choice?

OOOOh, this is a can of worms. I believe that women and men need to have the opportunity to choose their own path in life. There are so many variables and beliefs when it comes to abortion. I think that people need to be more empathetic when it comes to a person's choice. It is their choice. I do not think that it is right to have abortions as a form of birth control. (ie multiple)

Diary of an Unborn Child

OCTOBER 5:

Today my life began. My parents do not know it yet, but it is I already. And I am to be a girl. I shall have blond hair and blue eyes. Just about everything is settled though, even the fact that I shall love flowers.

OCTOBER 19:

Some say that I am not a real person yet, that only my mother exists. But I am a real person, just as a small crumb of bread is yet truly bread. My mother is. And I am.

OCTOBER 23:

My mouth is just beginning to open now. Just think, in a year or so I shall be laughing and later talking. I know what my first word will be: MAMA.

OCTOBER 25:

My heart began to beat today all by itself. From now on it shall gently beat for the rest of my life without ever stopping to rest! And after many years it will tire. It will stop, and then I shall die.

NOVEMBER 2:

I am growing a bit every day. My arms and legs are beginning to take shape. But I have to wait a long time yet before those little legs will raise me to my mother’s arms, before these little arms will be able to gather flowers and embrace my father.

NOVEMBER 12:

Tiny fingers are beginning to form on my hands. Funny how small they are! I’ll be able to stroke my mother’s hair with them.

NOVEMBER 20:

It wasn’t until today that the doctor told mom that I am living here under her heart. Oh, how happy she must be! Are you happy, mom?

NOVEMBER 25:

My mom and dad are probably thinking about a name for me. But they don’t even know that I am a little girl. I want to be called Kathy. I am getting so big already.

DECEMBER 10:

My hair is growing. It is smooth and bright and shiny. I wonder what kind of hair mom has?

DECEMBER 13:

I am just about able to see. It is dark around me. When mom brings me into the world it will be full of sunshine and flowers. But what I want more than anything is to see my mom. How do you look, mom?

DECEMBER 24:

I wonder if mom hears the whispering of my heart? Some children come into the world a little sick. But my heart is strong and healthy. It beats so evenly: tup-tup, tup-tup. You’ll have a healthy little daughter, mom!

DECEMBER 28:

Today my mother killed me.

I personally wouldn't have one, i think it's wrong in most cases. But i don't think that another women right should be taken away just because i wouldn't do something. It is wrong to judge another human being for having a belief or feeling differently then you do, i believe in a higher power GOD... and that's who will judge us all for the things we have done, and should be the only one to do so.

If a pregnant woman loses a fetus due to abuse such as being struck in the belly, it's called murder. When a woman decides that bringing a child to term is inconvenient, it's called "pro-choice".

You will find that most of the anti-abortion people get their 'life is precious' convictions from religious belief. Yet they never speak out regarding the non-stop genocide from religion/sectarian killing. They seem extremely hypocritical to me.

I believe people should be smarter and not get pregnant in the first place.
This equals Zero abortion worries.

abortion is a very heavy topic which tells us forget or choose life and if you kill that life in my opinion you are a MURDERER. if you ask the people on the con side if you were about to be aborted yourself would you like your life to end so you couldn't experience love, laughter and a freedom filled lie? or would you say it doesn't matter? they'd think it's not me yet it's flesh and blood they would kill then they are they are contadicting themselves. what liars!

Its always about the life of the women and never the life of the Child there in....
its easy if its just a Fetus or even a zygote.

defiantly no! especially for the Jr high schoolers who had "accidents"

as for rape, i still say no. most states allow you to give it up at birth,
but it should still be an option for rape victims
