other than: whey protein or nitric oxide or creatine.

Don't damage your body with supplements. They are tested for usage, and can create heartache down the road. Best to work out, either in a gym, or at home with weights, etc. The money you spend on supplements can buy you a year in a gym, with a good instructor to guide you. Good luck, with the muscle building and good health.

FOOD will work much better then (wasting money on) supplements. You can/should wait till you turn 18 before using creatine. NO (nitric oxide) is a waste of money. And you should only use whey/protein when you can't get enough calories and/or protein from solid foods.

A good workout routine and diet is your best bet.

other than what you said... you dont need anything else but heavy weights and low reps to build muscle

dont use supplements!! they are steroids which cause tumors!!!!!!
