I would directly ask my boss, i would ask him do u find me offensive or is there something i can do to make u happier? and tell him that u are trying ur best to keep up and things like that dont go to a higher up since that person might tell ur boss nd ur boss mite get mad at u and fire u or something u dont want that tpye of problem! so just ask him. my cousin thought that the boss was hating on him too but eventually it was just a misunderstanding and everything worked out well...anyway good luck and happy holidays!

I would confront your boss immediately behind closed doors, ask why you are being treated poorly and than ask that it be stopped. If it continues go up to her supervisor/boss.

Sometimes it helps to say, "I'm sorry, can you repeat that? I didn't understand your meaning." It helps the other person to stop and think about what they're saying. Then repeat back to them, "Do I understand you correctly? Did you mean to say..." At least you'll find out what she's thinking.

Talk to her first, if that doesn't work then go over her head, be prepared to go to court. Document everything.
