Motorway services have to be open all the time 24 hours a day seven days a week 365 (or 366!) days a year by law. As a minimum they have to offer petrol, toilet and food facilities, but these services will be very limited, especially out of hours or at holiday times like Christmas. You would probably have to cross the bridge to find the one branch of Little Chef/ Burger King / Overpriced Restaurant that is actually open, and it is likely to be even more unappitizing than usual - if that is at all possible!!. It will be a skeleton staff on duty at best, but they will have to offer you something. People do travel on Christmas day, so such things have to be catered for by the various motorway service station operators. They'll try and get away with as little as possible though!

Yes all motorway services are required to open 24/7/365 as part of their lease from those on VERY high salaries in Whitehall

I think you really should spend Christmas day in a better venue than a motorway services. It's the kind of thing Alan Partridge would do.
I think that services is closed.

My friend works in the service station in Warwickshire not the one you mentioned and I know for a fact they are closed on Christmas Day and re-open boxing day. It might be worth you ringing someone like the RAC or AA to see if they know.
