any dog that is well trained and socialized around other dogs, assuming the chihuahua is also.

The question is not what dog gets along with this chihuahua, but what dog will the chihuahua get along with.

Another smaller dog would be the best choice. A bigger dog, especially a hyper puppy, could hurt the chihuahua.
