Your best weight is related to your bone structure and musculature. If you are thin boned and small muscled, your best weight will be less than if you are large boned and very strong. Don't go by anybody else's idea of what you "should' weigh. Instead, don't carry body fat (like you can grab fat at your sides or the front of your belly) and don't be so thin you can see every vein on your legs. If you can exercise and work up a sweat without feeling exhausted, you are probably healthy. Go by what you see in the mirror.

You cant just go by hieght if have to go by bone size. You should visit a docter or a nuetritionnist because it's more then hieght when it comes to weight. Also depends on age

I would guess around 90-100 lbs. would be adequate.
