Everytime, I drink I end up crying.

I have no idea why.

Its only for like 30 minutes.

Alcohol is a depressent/supressant. there are reactions running constantly at work in the brain, and alcohol can limit or shut down inhibitors throughout the brain. What alcohol attacks, yes attacks, the brain switches are vunerable to shutdown. You remember Susan who is shy about showering at the gym... after a beer or two the clothes go flying. Her 'self control' switch has been disabled. If someone is upset or slightly sad has a few too many the brain can no longer maintain composure and the tears start to flow. Some part of this reaches throught the brain-fog and realizing the loss of control is just wrong, X gets a little mad. But with the control turned off the embarassment turns into chair slinging frenzy. So if there is a little sadness going on try lifting the mood first with an ungodly dose fo chocolate, or hanging with a sober friend for a while.

I have no idea... When I drink, I usually get drunk! (Assuming that I overdo it) It probably has to do with the effect alcohol has on the mind and thought processes, Alcohol lessens inhibitions- I've also heard that drunk people do and say very stupid things, but the things they do and say would be said even if not under the influence- it just brings things out faster.
