Salads are great. I had a salad every day for a week and saw the difference in my face. Brazil nuts are good too I've heard.

A balanced diet is the most important thing, and avoid sugars and oils. If you can limi the ammount of things you eat that has high fructose corn syrup in it, you will be doing your body a world of good.
Fish, which is high in omega 3 fatty acids is great for your hair. If you like sushi, you are all set.
Avocados are pretty good also.
If you go to a local health store, you can get some supplements that are excellent. They are usually advertised as being for hair, skin, and nails. Just ask the staff what they recomend.
Just make sure to avoid the junk food and candy, (especially sodas) and you should see your skin take a turn for the better very quickly.

Water is very good, all green veggies and carrots and fish and olive oil and nuts. Really a well balanced diet with a wide variety is besrt for the whole body. The skin likes Mega 3 fatty acids contained in fish oil, and all natural oil foods like nuts and whole grains and wheat germ. Good luck.

Banana's are good for your skin, because it has Vitamin B-12 in it. Fish is good for your skin because of the Vitamin E content. And water is good to drink because it flushes your pores.
