Good luck on your fast, I know it can get rough... make sure when you break the fast to not binge and take it slow... you'll only undermine the benefits of the fast if you go eating a bunch of crap!

Fasting is not a long term effective way to lose weight , because after you fast and the you resume eating your body automatically stores the food as fat as a survival measure eventually you will regain the weight you lost and then some , how about you eat right and go to the gym or exercise on a regular basis , I am sure you will like the results and you will feel better about yourself in the process , you will have a sense of accomplishment !!

I dont know if this is a joke question or not - but if its for real - dont do it - I stopped eating for about 6 months allowing myself 1 salad sandwich per day and that was it - if I took 1 bite of anything else whether it be a celery stick or a bit of cake I would then down about 10-20 laxatives - I lost about 30kg (or around 60 pounds) in that time and then one day just decided to allow myself to eat again - I gained all the weight back really quickly, I was constipated for about a year (I was addicted to the laxatives I suppose) I lost some of my teeth as they were really brittle and broke really easily. Its just not worth it - do it properly - for me I didnt actually do it to lose weight I did it because I felt out of control with my life at the time and so I decided to start controling what I ate instead.

One suggestion would be to have a plan for after the fast or you'll regain the weight you lose in a few days.

ummm no dont fast .. atleast not that way.. do the special k breakfeast for something like it and a salad for lunch and maybe soup for dinner.. that would be what 600 calories at the most
