Nope, I love Christmas because I celebrate the birth of my Savior, Jesus Christ. I also love this time of year because, for once, it brings out the good in all people at around the same time. If only we could carry this attitude throughout the year, our world would be a better place. Merry Christmas and God Bless all.

Christmas, is actually a pagan holiday, that was originated on Dec. 25, aprox.. the day that the Pagans used to celebrate the Sun God's....somehow, down the line, it was confused with the birth of Christ...now listen, think about it,..if Christ wanted us to celebrate His Birthday with gifts, and parties, and spending a fortune, don't you think He would have made it so all little poor children and everyone would be happy and get gifts? He preaches against materialism in the first place, and also,...if I am to celebrate His birth, I am giving to everyone I can, every day of my Life, in His name...to please Him and to please my Father...there are so many sad people on this holiday, and there is no where in the Bible, that says that we should celebrate this holiday like this...it is one of the prettiest holidays, and is supposed to be fun, and wonderful...but so many people have made it so commercial and materialistic, that it is truly not fun for a lot of people any more....so forgive them, if you really believe in that Jesus who's birthday you are celebrating, and do it for Him, that is all he really asked, and be a peacemaker for your family...Have a wonderful holiday anyway, go feed the homeless, you will feel very rewarded...God Bless

I hate the commercialism and the way people act at this time of year. On the surface everyone is pretending to be full of love but in reality it is all an act. It is so fake and not very fun.

Christmas is just an excuse to spend a lot of money that you can't otherwise afford to... and a day to make Christians feel special.

no i don't hate christmas....i am not even christian and i celebrate it....being good to others and spreading love and happiness needs no religious affiliation...
please if you post such questions eveyone will have negative feelings toward you..
god bless your soul nevertheless....for people such as yourself only a prayer is sufficient...
