Well if you guys both flirt a lot and have some kind of connection then go for it but if not then wait a while and get to know her!

Why start with girlfriend/boyfriend relationship? Start with a friendly encounter, coffee, coke, etc. and find out what you two have in common. Take it one step at a time, and you might have a good thing going. If you move in too fast, you may be at Step 3 and she is only on Step 1. Find out who she is, what she likes, etc, and then see if there is a chance for a relationship. She may just turn out to be your very best girl friend, but not a girlfriend. Success.

Wait till you are a man, let's say around 25 years old and seriously about maybe finding a wife. Make sure you got a job, a car, and then and only then you can start looking for a girlfriend. By then you will save yourself from broken hearts, disease and maybe even death.

If you don't really know her..get to know a little more, but don't get to know her too much because you don't want to know everything about her right now.. because if she is your girlfriend later on.. Then the relationship would be boring..So if you've known her for couple of weeks, I say ask her!!!

Well, if you like her and you think there is a good chance of her saying yes, than ask her out, girls love being asked out its flattering, but only ask her out if you feel that there is potential for a relationship.

ask her to spend a romantic weekend away with you,if she's excited throught out the entire trip, plan something romantic for the last night of the trip and make your move. make up your mind to not have sex with her that weekend that way she doesnt think you're just another jerk who wants to get in her pants, cry if you have to, not too much though rember your a man..
