couch is against the wall of new house to far from the tv. she complains she cant read the screen yet gets mad if suggest moving the couch.

Congratulations... you've made a very important observation about women. They like to whine! A lot. And you're right. We basically just want to fuss, and then we want you to sit and listen and be sympathetic. Stupid, right? If you wanna make a woman happy, just listen to her whine, then give her lots of sympathy and say stuff like "awwww" and "oh, honey" and "you poor thing" in a sympathetic tone and she'll love you forever. You have no obligation to help her with her petty little problems unless it's something really awful, or if she asks you to. Although, no offense, but your girlfriend might have a little bit of a worse case of "woman nature" than most if she's actually complaining about her couch being too far away from the TV.

It sounds like she wants the couch moved but does not want to do it herself. Hence why she complains when you suggest it be moved, instead of you just moving it yourself.
