It really depends on the circumstances as to why they did. Probably not though, just make sure there was a good reason for them standing you up. Did they call afterwards to apologize? Have they stood you up more then once? Have you called them to see why they stood you up? Call them, ask them what happened, then see what happens from there. You can always like someone that you're not with, as long as you don't let them use you(or vice versa).

If that person has a good reason like he got sick or he got in trouble by his parents or he got stuck in traffic you should like him but if he doesn't have a Good reason don't worry there's allot of cute guys out there .

NO WAY. Don't call him, write him, text him, nada. If he makes every effort to contact you to say he is sorry, you can let him apologize but never ever make plans with him again. Any guy who stands you up, is NOT really interested.

It depends on how he stood you up. If it was a big occasion, forget him. If it was a little date, figure out why and if he's truly sorry.
