You have to stop eating junk food. Ask your mom to prepare you healthy meals. In between meals munch on carrots & celery. Drink some green tea or squeeze 2 grapefruits...mmmm

You can also try www.sparkpeople.com

They give you a menu planner and fitness planner. They track calories, carbs etc...They have demos on the exercises too. The exercises explain which part of body it targets. They have great recipes along with the calories etc...You get support from members and experts. Best of all it is free!!!
Real neat site.

I know where you're at. I'm just beginning my own body transformation after two kids. Diet alone will not do it. I have joined a gym (I do a work trade where I spend 2 hrs. a week in the child care area, and get a free membership. Or maybe your parents will see your determination and help with fees).

I've been working out for three months, and have only lost 5 lbs. However, I feel strong great and have gone down one pant size, which is an accomplishment. I thought my body would change faster, but I realize that I've got to be in this for the long haul.

Find a gym your comfortable with, there are a lot of women only workout places now. Start off slow, don't try and be superwoman right away. I liked walking on the treadmill and then began to speed it up, and also raising the grade on it. The elliptical rider is good also but kicks my butt.

Working with weights will also help melt the fat. More muscle burns more fat. Do 15-20 min. of cardio, (wear an mp3 player and it flies by) and then 15-20 min. on weights. I have a blast in the weight room and you can quietly eyeball the hotties too!

Have fun, be determined. Change yourself now or else you'll just keep growing the older you get. You have the power to do it!

You can do it if you work hard at it. I won't lie, it won't be easy or a walk in the park. But you can do it. You should try Weight Watchers because I know alot of people who have gotten some amazing results with them. But you have to work out too...in addition to eating right.
