When you are responsible enough to handle the consequences of your actions. I.E. if you get pregnant or get someone pregnant, are you ready to handle that in a mature way? And are you willing to use contraceptives (male or female) so that you can have a loving relationship, but not bring a child into that relationship until both of you are mature enough to start a family? Have you dated many people, without always wanting to have sex, able to separate lust from love? Is this the person you would want to share all of your life with, not just the sexual organs?

I am still a virgin. I am 33 and a male. It's because I am ugly-looking and girls don't like me.
But to answer the question, I would say between ages 14 to 18 is the right time to have sex.

I would say best age would be 15-16
What to wait for?Sex is enjoyable so better enjoy it for as longer as possible,so start earlier,what to wait for?Poeple who start sexual life late in life,never manage to really enjoy it,if you wait for too long to make the first step.the risk to get dispapointed is bigger and teh risk to stay sexually not liberated is huge
15-16 is perfect age,not too young,kind of aware of what is for eating and what for drinking,and young enough to open and enjoy without prejudices

the best time to have sex is when you are positive you love that person and when you can talk about it with that person. if you cant talk about sex with that person you are not ready. you need to be able to trust that person know you love them and know you are ready for that next step.

when your old enough to know that life is harded than it looks. Like after you get out of school and have to get a job without mommy's help. It would help if you could afford to feed the kid you might have without help. I don't want to pay.
