The first time I broke up with him he waited 4 months then called back.I said we could be friends,but I dont want him in my life at all.Then a week ago I told him again,and he started saying he wanted me to die and I was stupid and stuff. I did'nt know it was him calling yesterday.Should I just hang up when I hear his voice? I want to do it nicley though.

He is crazy if he is telling you he wants you to die. Leave him alone, do not answer phone calls emails texts nothing. He will get the hint eventually. Sometimes you just have to be stern if that comes off as mean so let it. Hope all goes well.
