yes...it's very possible that you are allergic to ibuprofen

Yes, if you are allergic to it then you could break out in a rash. If you start to feel a tightness in your chest, start having trouble breathing, or your tongue starts swelling up then you should seek medical attention ASAP.

Yes you can if you are allergic to Ibuprofen or any other NSAID such as aspirin

I break out in hives, have difficulty breathing, and get an extremely high fever if I decide to take Ibuprofen.

So no, it's not possible. ;)
