Well, I may be answering this too late, but you can get them a nice kitty bed or kitty dome. They may like a laser pointer, to chase the light. Cat toys like soft balls or pom poms might work, too. Or a feather teaser. There's all kinds of toys out there. Good luck.

The best thing that you can do, is get them a thing of catnip and a couple packages of mice, when you are ready to give it to them, open the catnip sprinkle a lot of it on the floor, and throw the mice up in the air when they are by you....They will go crazy, and it is so funny, that is what I do with my cat's each year, they look forward to it too, every time they see us opening all the packages, they know what is about to come

I LOVE cats and we get them toys every year. Kittens are very playful, and there mouths are still small so you should get them these little toy mice. Our cats loved them as kittens and still do. What cat doesn't like mice? lol. these little toy mice are small (bout the size of a tealight candle) and very realistic, they have very soft fur. They have tails, our cats usually rip them off though. they are cheap and u can find them anywhere. they dont have catnip in them either! your cat will have a blast. Oh, and there is also this stufff that is spray catnip, you just spray the catnip scent from a bottle, u can ibuy it almost anywhere. maybe they will like better than the old dry stuff! hope i helped! good luck

Some cats like catnip and some don't. I've had many cats and it's been about 1/2 & 1/2. Get them some little balls or those sticks with the strings on it. Try some shrimp treats. Our large cat really loves the dried shrimp and does tricks for them like a dog...begging, sitting. Now we're trying to teach him to roll over for them.

A laser pointer! You can get them at pet stores for about eight bucks. My cat will tear through the apartment and even hang on the curtains trying to catch that lil' red dot. It's great exercise for them, and also helps fulfill their need to "hunt". Just make sure you don't aim it at anything you don't want them to climb on or scratch.
Most cats I've owned have played with the little plastic balls with a jingle bell inside them if you're looking for something they can play with when you're not around.

That's like my cats they don't like catnip. Buy them a play toy on a string, a toy mouse or even just find and old piece of string or ribbon they love it.
Good luck happy shopping Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your kitties. =)

I'm sure there is a pet store in your town. Get them a stocking full of toys. And some kitten treats.

A few of those chinchilla fur toys
a few rolling plastic balls with bells in side.
this one is homemade and it will involve you to interact with them:
take a stick and tie sort of dangle thing to it that they can jump up and grab.
Another homemade toy is to tie and old stuffed sock to a string and drag it all around the house; this keeps their hunting instinct stimulated.

placed different wrapping paper from provides, minus the ribbons and bows, right into a huge previous procuring bag. Toss it on the floor and enable her have at it. The extra much less costly the toy, the extra cats seem to like it.
