What is the best way to administer a suppository?

well it depends of if you're giving it to yourself or to someone else...the best way and most comfortable way to do it is to have the help of another person maybe two..
if you need a suppository then you need maybe another people...one person to administer the suppository...what you need to do is lay on your left side and curl your legs up in a ball and let the person administer it...
if you're administering it to a child you will also need another person...one to administer it and the other to hold the child...the easiest way and most comfortable way to hold the child is have them lay on their left and have the person hold their legs tight up in a ball and also to hold them behind their neck so they don't flare their body and then administer the suppositor...you can do it by yourself but a may be a little uncomfortable

i had to take one of those once, bloody big thing it was too, I was cockling like hell trying to swallow it. it had no effect at all though, I might as well have shoved it up my bum !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously though, try to move your bowels first cos chances are you'll feel like you need to go once you've got the suppository inserted. go in the bathroom and put 1 leg on the side of the bath or on top of the loo. Very slowly slide it in, push it as far up as you can. Try to wait as long as you can afterwards too before you move your bowels.

Have the recepient to relax and think of something else and Slowly push into rectum. If it's you, just a slight push, according to what you can tolerate. If no success, try not to use abusively, but maybe a little vaseline applied to product or some glycerin.
