i am not student or any type off medical related,i do notget any finance ,i ask my Egypt to give me (no objection), it send me a letter say:i am not under the category that they can give this letter
so they do not say yes or no
please help me; can this letter hlep as no objection
do i need waiver even after 6 yrs in USA
note :i am overstay and have no ssn
i apply the I-130 dec 5,2006
all my hope now is to get ssn
what is the fast way to get it
please if any one knows tell me

I think there is a two year foreign residency requirement, so you would have to file an I-612 to ask for a waiver. Be prepared for them to say no. Have a plan for going to Egypt for two years and applying at the US embassy in Cairo. I am almost positive your I-130 will be denied, because you are unlawfully present in the United States.
