Craft stores often carry the chocolate. Michaels has a wide selection of colors, Walmart normally carries the chocolate as well. You can use food coloring in white chocolate however it will likely effect the taste of the chocolate so it is best to use special candy coloring. The candy coloring should be next to the chocolate.
