This guy is about 15 years older than me, i talk to him, he smiles at me and say hi to me whenever he sees me, we make eye contact as well. Once when i was about to go home, like 5 o'clock or something when its really dark and cold outside. before i went out he goes to me, put your coat on and then he watches me putting my coat on. Also, he messes around with me quite a lot. i sort of backed off a little, didnt talk to him and didnt see him for 3 weeks. but when he saw me, he goes to me why didnt i go to his club and he asked me to go that week.Yesterday, i was walking down the stairs reading a book, because i was concentrating on my book so i walked slowly, he came from behind whithout making a noise and sort of grabed me and said hey. i dont know why he did that but i got scared and he keeps on smiling at me, then went to the door and holding the door for me. he probably knows that i like him but i dont know whats in his mind. does he like me? whats his intention? what should i do?

I am sorry but I have to agree with Stef and the others - this man sounds a bit dodgy. It is not good form to make it obvious that you are watching someone put their coat on, or to grab you in any way. He is 15 years older than you, not a youngster by any means, yet he is grabbing you like one of your mates?
I would be very careful with this man - try not to be alone with him after work or anywhere else. Talk to an older member of staff about him in general terms and see if you can get an idea of how he is viewed in the workplace. Whatever you do, do not encourage him - he is too old for you!

He's trying to get into your knickers and the fact that he's 15 years older than you shows that he's using it to get his way. You sound too young for him and this man can only mean trouble. Make it clear to him that you're not ok with this kind of behaviour and tell the police if you need to. Do not let this go on!

you mention an age gap but no ages so it makes it a bit tricky. it seems obvious that you like each other, so either bite the bullet and ask him out or stop seeing him cos this on off flirting is just gonna drive both of you nuts and someone will get hurt. by the sounds of it though i think you should make a go of it.

I would ask him if he's stalking you. He may just really like you and not know how to approach you then again he may be a perv. find out his name and Google him, see if he's wanted or a sex offender or anything. Find out what his story is, sit down and talk on your break since he's at your work.
If you like him, check him out, if you don't let him know he is making you uncomfortable.

I'd say he probably likes you unless he's just REALLY friendly or gay, he asked you to go to his club. However, I don't see anything in your statement that makes me think that you're making it obvious that you like him.
Quotes, "I sort of backed off a little..." "...but I got scared..."
I doubt he's got any idea of your feelings for him.

Probably just being a gentleman. If he's that old he's also probably smart enough not to let you do the guess work about his intentions. He'll let you know when the time is right.
