He sounds very antisocial. Take him out more often and if that doesn't work you need to remove him from situations where you don't feel other people and animals are not safe around him. Put him in another room.

That's all i saw in the video was a nice playful loving pet.
But if he really is nasty then you're going to have to keep him away from other pets.
