Depends on the type of woman and what she's after. If she just wants some fun then a lot of women would go for a good looking man. But if she's after a serious relationship then most would go for the good man. I'd definitely prefer a good man in the long run.

A good man will still be good long after the good looking guy's looks fade. I was the type of person who went for looks and most of them were jerks. And i found a cute good guy and i am much happier.
