John 5:28 "...the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out...
A promise is found in God's Word at Revelation 21:4, which says: “He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be any more. The former things have passed away.” It is also given in the book of Isaiah: “He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces.”—Isa. 25:8.

First, I am so sorry. I lost my mom 10 years ago, and I feel for you so much. As for verses, hmmm.... my absolute end-of-my-rope passage is I Peter 1: 3 - 9. Also good is Phil 4: 7, and 2 Cor 1: 3-4. Oh, yes, Revelation 21:4 : "He will wipe every tear from their eye..." God is with you in this sorrowful time, as He is with you always. You may not be able to "feel" His presence, but He is there with you to comfort you. He knows your pain and He cares. I Pet 5: 7. (Just FYI: when my mom died, I couldn't pray for the better part of a year -- it's not that I was angry with God, just that there didn't seem to be anything I could say to Him besides "I want my mama!" If you go through that too, it's normal. Don't freak out about it...God understands, He does.)

I don't remember where it is, but the Bible comforted me when I lost a friend who was young. It said something to the effect of "Does no one consider, that when the righteous are taken away, it is to protect them from evil that was to come?" Sorry I can't give you the location, but it is in there. I highlighted it when I read it, but I can't find it now. Also, if these people believed in Jesus Christ, they will never taste death. They had already passed from death into life. So, their dying is no worse than falling asleep and waking up in paradise.
Also, tell your boyfriend that he will see them again, and that they will always be with him. I can say that of a certainty, because all believers are members of one Body. Christ is the head of the Body, and all believers are different parts of the same Body. The Body is not separated. So, even if we can't see a part of the Body, it doesn't mean it's not there. Peace.

Ecc 12:6 Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern.
Ecc 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
2Co 5:6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
2Co 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
2Co 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
Psa 23:1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
Psa 23:2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
Psa 23:3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Psa 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Psa 23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Psa 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Psalm 23
1The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
2 Corinthians 1
1Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother,
To the church of God in Corinth, together with all the saints throughout Achaia:
2Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
The God of All Comfort
3Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. 5For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows. 6If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer. 7And our hope for you is firm, because we know that just as you share in our sufferings, so also you share in our comfort.
