Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Never repay evil for evil.

Turn the other cheek.

God loves a cheerful giver.

Anyone who says he belongs to God and does not love his brother is a liar and the truth is not in him.

Speaking for benefit only, not speaking to gossip, lie or so on.
Patience and understanding another person's circumstances which make them who they are instead of immediately labeling them from one's own point of view. (When a person's angry and up in your face and you don't react angrily back because you understand that something caused their anger and it might or might not be you, thereby reducing any further suffering by starting a huge argument.)
Teaching the dharma (or whatever ethical religious guide you follow to someone who truly wants to hear you speak it, like your sharing the Q'uran with a person who honestly asked you to teach them.)
Giving without the thought of whether you'll get something in return.

There are so many which are very similar to what you already know. These I've listed as some things the Buddha teaches and I'd be sure to bet that you already have learned such things through Islam.

The simple answer is doing something for someone else that you would want them to do for you if you were in a similar situation.

Example, the person ahead of you in line is a dollar short paying for their order. Chip in the dollar.
or... You are entering a building and someone else going in has their hands full, hold the door for them.

Matt 25:35-40
35For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.
36I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.'
37"Then these righteous ones will reply, 'Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink?
38Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing?
39When did we ever see you sick or in prison, and visit you?'
40And the King will tell them, 'I assure you, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!'
