get a two litre bottle of drink and take off the lid, half fill it with water. Then fit a pump through a rubber bung, put the bung in the bottle and turn the bottle upside down, pump the pressure up and watch the little rocket fly.

check these dudes out. they did something similiar to what u want to do i believe. the most important part is the streamer on the back to make it hit the tip.. check out the video on utube....

i think they were actually throwing rocks at these in defense to destroy them before they landed

i would go to a hobbie shop they have little kits that you can make using c2o and other stuff!
fairly cheap too!
i did one in wood shop!
