Someone who doesn't even know if her dog is in heat, has had no health tests done, no brucellosis test I'd bet anything, has absolutely no business breeding!!
Do you have a clue how to look after a pregnant dog, help her with whelping or look after a new-born litter. Doubtful!
No one with a male of any kind of quality is going to let him stud someone's little pet either.
