Do you think that both women and men can handle the same jobs with the same work quality?

The only job a woman cannot handle that I can is getting another woman pregnant! I've worked with women in many different jobs and watched 'em work at other jobs. Whether it's racing cars, flying planes, building trucks on an assembly line, winning shooting competitions, landing modern fighter planes on the deck of a Navy aircraft carrier or operating heavy equipment, women can do it as well as any guy. Any job, any time, any where, anyhow - women can do it...with that one exception in my first sentence.

Depends on the job. Men are naturally better at jobs involving physical exertion and technical skills, and women are naturally better at jobs involving communication and creativity. Still, if a man and a woman do the same job, they should be given the same salary. It's sad that there's still such a big earning gap in 21st-century North America.

definitely no. Both of them have one common is the mouth. Missing in women is a good stiff, not hearting rod. Missing in man is TWO cute balls and a honey filled holes. So can't do the job with same quality

Yes, I do. In the industry I work in, women weld and men are secretaries. There are just as many women getting their hands dirty and building ships as men, it just depends on the person and their attitude towards their job.

Honestly, depends on the job. I know that overall it would be equal but some jobs require a physically strong person. I know with my build I couldn't be a weightlifter or a fireman or something like that.
