I don't hate Muslims, but I do hate Islam.

I'm sorry, but I do not think it is a religion of peace or the right path to God.

I have never met an entire family, but I had a friend in college who I really respect.

She is searching after God with all her heart and she is becoming devout in following Islam. She is sincere, but she is sincerely wrong. I pray for her everyday.

Hope that answers the question well enough.

Actually, no I have not met a Muslim family. I really don't know any Muslims except online. There were a few I've met here and htere along the way but I never got to really know them.

So I have nothing to judge them on except what I see online and things like that. Well, you are a good Muslim, and all the Muslims I've met at 360 are good.

I know of no Christian Group that attack Muslims but I know of fanatic Muslims that attack and kill people.

Muslim communities in the US are wonderful; the kids are well taken care of as every individual cares.
Killing each other in the name of Allah is not heard and there is mostly unity with other religious folks.
Western Muslims generally live more meaningful lives and are better schooled in 'TRUE' Islam.
It would be the same in Islamic Countries if Politics was not deeply embedded in the everyday lives of 'Eastern' Muslims.

The muslim families that I have met and been friends with were Iranian and they were some of the kindest and happiest people I have ever encountered. I don't know if this is because they were Muslim and I don't care either. They are just great people. I am sure that with every religion, ethnicity, race, creed, color, etc. there are good ones and bad ones. I have been fortunate to know the good ones.

I have. Normal people. But I think this whole victim/persecution dynamic needs to be remvoed because it's self-centered and selfish. It disregards the fact that reasonable people will be affected by the muslim extremists who use Islam as a platform for their agendas. And, so, instead of targeting those who are understandably affected and conditioned by these extremists, you might want to target the extremists. Galvanize other members of the Muslim community and organize mass protests any time anything is done negatively in the name of Islam. But I know that's not going to happen. We humans like to play the victim/persecution dynamic because it solidifies our group identity and makes us feel special.

I've met a Muslim Family, they were really nice. The man didn't suppress the wife, and they loved each other very much. They had these darling little kids that were so cute, and they helped me see that Islam is misunderstood by the media.

I've known many Muslims and although I consider a number of their beliefs archaic, they were very nice people. They are human beings who love their children, pay their taxes, laugh, cry, feel pain, and want to be accepted and respected by those around them.

What they do not want is to be judged by the actions of extremist lunatics who go around blowing people up and flying airplanes into skyscrapers.

I'm sorry but I get angry and remember 9 11. I think your religion is full of hate. True Christians are all about money too. So I stay away from any religious peoples.
