on a date and you go for coffee, she offers you a sip of hers, hardly knowing you, and then she asks if you want to go out for some drinks at a restaurant and going inside, she tells you she wants you to know that she;'s not wearing socks under her boots and that she usually doesn't need to in the winter because the fur keeps them warm? Then she plays with her boot while she's talking to you and stretches her arm out in front of you with her palms facing outward?
Im seeing her again. Is she interested?

It doesn't really say too much...maybe she really likes her boots and maybe she's into sharing things. I'm not too interested in this one guy who likes me but I'd be willing to give him a sip of my tea.

She seems wierd but may be nervous yet is willing to see you again. Don't assume, be honest, and go with the flow. Most of all - dignity and resect to all regardless of the circumstances.
