I'm with a guy, but we aren't in love. We're teenagers. I want to know what the sweetest way (preferably over the Internet) to let him know I care about him would be. He's a dark type of person, and it doesn't take much to make him happy... so what would be the best way to let him know that I care?

Try making a power point slide show for him with sounds and animation just saying you care. If he likes to laugh make it funny or put in something you know he is interested in. He will know you made it special for him.

Best way to dump is not be sweet. Get to the point tell him he is not what you want and let it go at that. Tust me do not stray him along by telling him you care because he will still think that there might be a chance.

send him a email card. I once found an email card with a woman in a sexy gown, laying down on a couch with high heels on, talking on the phone and smiling, it said "Thinking of you" This guy loved it!
