You're a little over 5'9" so I would say that 100 pounds (plus or minus 5 pounds) would be right for you given a medium bone structure (that's 43.5 to 47.5 kg).

Also note that there is a wide range of healthy weights based on body type. Instead have a fitness professional/trainer do a body fat percentage test on you and then aim to improve your nutrition and exercise regimen to reach this target range.
