wait till your 16 to do real heavy exercises--right now all your energy is going into growing--if you keep doing strenuous stuff now you'll overload your immune system and open yourself up to all sorts of problems---if you have low self esteem and feel the need to look good --do it with a healthy diet and good outdoor sports--dress well---be nice to others---good luck

You need to do a few more things to see results. You need to eat right. I know when I was your age I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain a pound but I looked great. It's natural. make sure you are eating balanced meals with plenty of good protein and carbs. Take a days rest twice a week. The last point is yes, puberty will help. That is the time when your body will grow most. Your hormones (testosterone) will increase and the hard work will pay off. In the mean time keep exercising, it will only make your future health that much better.

well you should see some results. but puberty will help you see bigger and better results. this is becasue the natural hormones that your body produces in abundancy are best "steriods."

If you lift more weight and only do it everyother day you will get some pretty good results. I used to do pushups a lot but then I started benching and get much better results.
