I have a golden retriever, and I want to buy him some chew toys, but the last one i got him only lasted 10 minutes! Is there anything out there that is very durable for crazy chewers?

The ONLY toys that have been indestructible to my dog has been thick, rubber toys (mini rubber tire and the Kong) and hard, thick plastic (the Galileo nylabone).
I know two labs that have had the Galileo bone for 4 years and still chew it to this day - they love it.

hhhmmm Well there are things out there but unfortunately they are not what you would call a good chew toy as they are made of non-natural fibers...the best thing to do is just get a value pack of very large chew bones...which ever ones that your pet likes the best...I have fun taking my dog to petsmart and letting her choose her own toys!!! She sniffs out the ones she wants and carrys them to the counter!!! mainly cause she just won't give it back to me so that is the one that I buy! Really just keep buying the chew toys or your furniture is next! Your dog will eventually outgrow the need to chew...it's kind of like a baby that sucks their thumb...It is comforting, entertaining, and good for their teeth to chew...So let that crazy chewer chew! Or figure out why your adult dog still sucks his thumb...could it be separation anxiety?

The Kong toys are the best. I have two highly destructible dogs and the Kongs last. My Lab still has his puppy Kong. The Nyla chew bones (not the edible ones) will last forever. My Pit Bull and Lab both have one and they can not destroy it. They also come flavored so the dogs love to try and destroy them.

Have you tried the kong toys? Also, gumabone makes toys for agressive chewers AKA big dogs! My St. Bernard loves them!

My dog does the same thing. He is a labrador and they eat anything. Try some hard chew toys.

I even have, certainly. It grew to become right into a rubber canines bone with little mushy spikes on it, and it grew to become right into a collection of distinctive hues so it looked particularly astounding and that i needed it. Smelled good too.
