I always recommend this site. It is the site of the non-profit "National Association of Teachers of Singing". There are other sites where teachers pay to be listed, but I don't know enough about any of them to make a recommendation.

Ask the choir teacher at your school or the vocal professor at your college to make a recommendation. Ask the music director at your church the same. If there is a community theatre in your town, check with them. They may know someone.
