If you really want to be correct: floss then brush:
flossing loosen the plaque in between teeth and brushing can "sweep the remaining plaque/bad taste out

I usually brush first...flossing is basically to just get out the small stuff if you can't reach it when you brush, in my opinion at least.

Brush first then floss and if you want brush again it cant hurt

its better to floss first, that way you get all the left over debris left from flossing when you brush.

i always brush first, then floss...but maybe the other way around would make sense too...
