I dont think you can ask anyone that question because everyone is built a different way and that could mean someone may feel smaller/larger at a specific weight than someone else. My true test is the mirror test if you look in the mirror naked and feel you look good than thats all that matters. Weight shouldn't be a factor. Sounds like you look good :) no worries...

Weight also depends on your body build. For example a person who has a thin build would need to weigh less than someone of a large build at the same height. Let's just say you have a medium build which would be about 190 lbs for someone 6'. You would need to weigh 9 pounds less per inch. Since you are 5'5'', you should weigh around 63 lbs less which would be 127 lbs. But being 140 is OK if you are an active person. And since you are only 17 I'm sure you have a little more growing to do and you may stretch out of that weight.

It depends on your body frame. If you have a small body frame your weight should be 117-130, medium frame 127- 141, large frame 137 - 155

It depends alot on your build. For the height it could be anyhere between 117-154.

you arent overweight, but if you think you need to lose some, then you should talk to your doctor about a healthy way.
