Emergencies are for hospitals, ambulances, doctors, firefighters, and so forth. Not Yahoo Answers.

Hopefully you have gotten to a hospital by now! If not, keep him calm and don't make a big deal out of it. Assure him that he will be okay and that he will be taken for assistance shortly. In the mean time do NOT:
- attempt to remove the object
- poke/touch the object
- apply pressure to the object
... take some sort of Asprin to releive the pain until help arrives. If help is not there yet, it can't wait much longer. The longer you leave it in there the more of a risk it becomes for more extensive damage. Simply call 911 and explain the situation, they'll send an EMT to your house to address the issue. They might not even have him go to a hospital, and just dress him up there. Most likely however, he will be taken to the hospital for further examination.

Listen up buddy. You need to make sure that the blood does not get it into the ear. Also reassure the person, and DO NOT attempt to remove the BB. I would reccomend a trip to the local urgent care center, but not a call to 911. Hope this helps :p

You could try to get it out yourself with some tweezers but I'm no doctor. I say get your butts to emergency room. Have to ask, why is it that you have a emergency, people tend to think of yahoo answers instead of going to the hospital. Is this like some kind of cultural thing.

Have him lay on his side that the bb is stuck in. Do not try sticking anything else in there, and make sure he doesn't push it in any further. Get to the hospital ASAP

Try a little Hydrogen Peroxide in his ear. It bubbles things loose, and might work.
Do not poke anything in the ear. If it won't bubble out, go to a walk in clinic so a Dr. can remove it.

Try putting a liquid in his ear...maybe it will float it out. I'm not sure what liquid would be best but I know I've been putting rubbing alcohol in my ears for years (to get water out after swimming).
I had a bug in my ear once and the rubbing alcohol worked then.

Take him to the hospital, and on the way there, with his seat belt on of course have him lay on his side and see if the gravity will take it out, and use rubbing alcohol on it while doing that! Best of luck!!

Get to the hospital straight away. Do not try getting it out because you will probably just push it further in.
