and now they are peeling and cracking to the point it is hard to walk on the heels of my feet...I soaked them for an hour and used a pumice stone but, it just made me cry and they seem worse now... I am already so uncomfortable...please any advice...It hurts....and my insurance won't cover a foot doctor...

I am definitely not a doc, but why don't you try NOT being on your feet so much and every chance you get keep them elevated---if you cant reach your feet very well due to the pregnancy, then have someone put vasoline on them for you and then put on a comfortable pair of socks---w/o elastic in them and let the vasoline soak in--it might help

There is some really good cream you can buy that is for diabetics because they have problems with the skin on their feet. Talk to the pharmacist to get you a tube and rub on your feet and wear socks after you put it on. You also can put on antibiotic ointment or cocoa butter cream and wear socks.

Please sit down for an hour or two with your feet propped up. Have your spouse or a really goood friend rub your feet with some peppermint and aloe vera lotion. Not only will it make your feet softer and help to relax you, it will also make you feel much better.

I would encourage you to reduce your salt intake immediately, call your doctor as they may require you to add a diuretic to your daily regime. You shouldn't be carrying so much water at this point in your pregnancy. Take care.

well by a pregnancy pillow its one of those long ones and when you go to bed lay on your side with the pillows in between your legs it would help the blood going threw your legs.please choose me as your best answer if it works.
