i saw somewhere u can freeze wine in an ice cube tray, and then just throw a few cubes in your sauces and stuff, maybe u could do the same with champagne

It makes a baked chicken taste wonderful. Season chicken wiht salt, pepper, thyme, put 1 chopped scallion in pan. Pour 1/2 cup champagne over chicken, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Baste chicken with pan juices adding up to 1/2 cup more champagne. Bake for 30 minutes or so longer.

There is little you can do but:
a) Drink it ALL
b) Shave the cork down a little and try to put it back in which I think is a BAD idea and beieve that "a" above is the ONLY plausible option

Try making Jello Shots using the left over champagne. Just make sure you use it before you lose the carbonation.

you could it is wine . it has just come from a region from which the white wine is called champagne.

Well I would drink it all before it goes flat...
But you can use it to do a killer champagne butter sauce
or a nice creamy vanilla & champagne sauce for shrimp or lobster
