If you are only 12 you are still growing! You do not need to be worried about your weight, however I know that that is easier said than done. Everyone wants to feel good about themselves. Instead of focusing on losing weight, focus on getting in better shape. Exercises more often!! find fun ways to do it, like exercise videos with your friends! its a blast! maybe eat healthier, but don't go on any sort of diet, because your body needs lots of energy and nutrients at your age!!
