Hi Lindsey

Here are some ideas to use.

1. Take 1-3 droppersful of Echinacea Plus Tincture (at herbdoc.com).
2. Rub Garlic oil ALL over the affected area (Garlic will kill anything if you use enough of it)
3. Give 1-3 glasses of Activated Charcoal Slurry per day (to absorb the toxins out of the blood)
4. Mix equal parts of Aloe Vera Gel, Slippery Elm Powder and Activated Charcoal Powder together (absorbs the toxins externally)
5. Apply a thin layer of this mixture over the AFFECTED area(s).
6. Continue this treatment, until the desired Results are achieved.

Ive seen it done successfully, but obviously this is not the easy way without the use of a drug or surgery (which dont cure anyway). This is healing at it's finest and your daughter will have freedom when you can do this for her or others.

Other ideas to utilize.

Cause
Eczema is often called Dermatitis, and may be a symptom of an omega-3 fatty acid deficiency. Eczema can be due to allergies, allergies secondary to digestive disorders such as hydrochloric acid deficiency, rashes secondary to immune diseases, genetic metabolic disorders, and/or nutritional deficiencies, especially of niacin (vitamin B3) and B6, as well as other B vitamins.

To minimize your risk of developing eczema, avoid irritating substances, wear natural nonirritating materials, use soothing ointments, and check to see if dietary, nutritional, and/or and allergy-causing factors need to be considered.

Natural Cures

Aromatherapy: Bergamot, chamomile, lavender, melissa, neroli, eucalyptus, geranium, and/or juniper can help speed healing and relief of symptoms when applied topically to the affected areas.

Diet: Eat an organic, whole foods diet and avoid potentially allergy-causing foods, especially sugar, wheat, milk, and dairy products, including yogurt. Also avoid excess consumption of fruit, especially citrus and sour, as these foods may aggravate symptoms.

Flower Essences: Rescue Remedy® for accompanying stress, and Rescue Remedy Cream® on the affected areas.

Herbs: Herbal remedies such as cleavers, nettle, yellowdock, or red clover tea or tinctures may be very effective. They are often combined with relaxing herbs such as chamomile, linden flowers, or skullcap. One combination would be equal parts of cleavers, nettle, and chamomile drunk as an infusion three times a day. A stronger mixture combines the tinctures of figwort, burdock, and cleavers in equal parts; take one teaspoon of this mixture three times a day.

To alleviate itching, bathe affected areas of your body with lukewarm or cold chickweed infusion. For cracked, dry, or painful skin, use a salve made from calendula flowers and St. John`s wort leaves.

Goldenseal applied externally may also be helpful.

Homeopathy:Dulcamara, Rhus tox., Sulfur, Arsen alb., and Graphites, taken alone or in combination with each other can help speed healing. Petroleum and Psorinum are also effective homeopathic remedies, but must be taken alone.

Hydrotherapy: Hydrotherapy is the application of water, ice, steam and hot and cold temperatures to maintain and restore health. Treatments include full body immersion, steam baths, saunas, sitz baths, colonic irrigation and the application of hot and/or cold compresses. Hydrotherapy is effective for treating a wide range of conditions and can easily be used in the home as part of a self-care program. Many Naturopathic Physicians, Physical Therapists and Day Spas use Hydrotherapy as part of treatment. I suggest several at-home hydrotherapy treatments.

Juice Therapy: The following juice combinations can help speed healing: black currant and red grapes; carrot, beet, spinach, cucumber, and parsley; and wheat grass juice.

Nutritional Supplementation: Vitamin A and GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), an omega-6 essential fatty acid found in high quantities in evening primrose oil, have both been shown to improve the symptoms of eczema. Vitamin E. Other useful supplements for preventing and reversing eczema include vitamin B complex, vitamin B6, vitamin E, magnesium, and zinc.

Topical Treatment: Apply evening primrose oil directly to cracked and sore areas of the skin. A topical paste made from ginkgo and licorice root extract has also been shown to improve eczema symptoms.

Alternative Professional Care
If your symptoms persist despite the above measures, seek the help of a qualified health professional. The following professional care therapies have all been shown to be useful for treating and relieving the symptoms of eczema: Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Biofeedback Training, Bodywork (Acupressure, Shiatsu, Reflexology), Detoxification Therapy, Energy Medicine (Light Beam Generator, Ondamed, Photon Stimulator), Environmental Medicine, Hypnotherapy, Magnetic Field Therapy

Best of health to both of you

2. Noxema the original (not the newer fancier versions) works great too! Apply Noxzema to the infected area twice a day. It helps with the discoloration that can sometimes left by eczema. Keep using it until eczema is gone within 2 weeks.

3. Drink tomato juice daily, it will cure the symptoms in a few days. But I don't think your daughter will like it!

4. Avoid foods with dairy! Dairy products, eggs, nuts, preservatives and citrus fruits are more likely to trigger eczema.

5. Give her oatmeal baths (once/twice a day to stops itchness) mixed with almond oil & castor oil. They do help with the itching a LOT!!

Here's how:
You'll need a blender, food processor or coffee grinder and 1 cup of oatmeal. You can use instant oatmeal (unflavored), quick oats or slow cooking oats- all work equally as well. For babies, you'll only need about 1/3 cup per bath.

Blend or process the oats on the highest setting until you have a very fine, consistent powder. To test the colloid property of the oats, stir 1 tablespoon oats into a glass of warm water. If the oats readily absorb the water and give it a milky look and a silky feel, you've blended long enough.

Giving the bath:
Sprinkle the oats into a tub of running water and stir the water with your hand several times to ensure even distribution. Add 3-5 tablespoons of castor & almond oil each.

Feel along the bottom of the tub for clumps and break up any you find.

Take care assisting your daughter into the tub as the oats & oils will make the tub even more slippery than usual. Allow your child to soak in the tub for 15-20 minutes and pat dry with a soft towel rather than rubbing.
You can use this bath once or twice a day.

GOOD LUCK!!

I used to live with a family whos young son had awful eczema. The GP prescibed steroid creams which cleared the rash but the child developed a wheeze. Some weeks later the wheeze would stop and the eczema would return. I witnessed about three cycles like this over 6 months, then I recommended a homeopath I was seeing at the time. The eczema cleared up and never returned and neither did the rash - quite remarkable. The homeopaths name was Antonia Maks and she practised from her home in Exeter town centre.

Hello,
A natural remedy you can try to cure your psoriasis is described here: http://psoriasis.toptips.org

Seeking relief from psoriasis can be a lifelong quest. You can search everywhere for the perfect cure and never quite find it. There are plenty of medications, creams, pastes, gels, and lotions out there, but they don’t always work and they can be pricy. It gets time consuming and expensive to dab a lotion all over the body two to three times a day or take a pill every day. Most people just want something that is quick, simple, cheap, and works.

There are actually some things you can start doing for yourself that might help with psoriasis and slow down the onset of another outbreak. Things you can change around the house or personally, that don’t cost you an extra cent.

As I said above a good site where you can find many interesting tips is: http://psoriasis.toptips.org

It might be an allergy. My daughter is allergic to milk and bubble bath and some other bathng products.
I wouldn't worry too much about her being picked on, unless it is very bad. It seems to me as though every second child has eczema.
By the way, there's an article this morning about eczema and the use of vitamin A.

ive been a long-time sufferer of eczema (18+yrs) and i must say that eczema really made my skin condition so bad that there have been times i coulnt wear skirts because of this. However, my condition has somewhat improved. When i get a particularly bad eczema attack, i get anti-itch pills from my doc and steriods to apply on the area. but the downside of these steriods are that they make your skin thinner so it wouldnt be wise to depend on them. Other times when my eczema is not as bad, i apply urea cream to moisturize those eczema-prone areas (really works!) Also use mild soap when you bathe and dont ever touch detergent.

It could be better if u could determine the causes of your daughter's eczema. Personally, my eczema attacks are brought on by food allergies (eg. eggs, certain seafood), stress in school and humid weather. Now i try to abstain from these food and learn to relax.

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.

Best Eczema Treatment?

Psoriasis is a disease that takes place when the body’s immune system mistakenly believes healthy skin cells to be enemy cells and starts to produce many more new cells to replace these cells. This is the reason why there is no cure for psoriasis and medications applied to treat psoriasis are only able to remove the symptoms temporarily. Don't go the "cream route", it's only just a waste of time and money. Been there Done that!

You need to read "Psoriasis Free For Life" by Katy Wilson if you want to cure your psoriasis for good. Available online also @ http://www.psoriasisforeverfree.com It's a book that shows you how to cure psoriasis naturally in a few days. I cured my psoriasis permanently in 6 days after reading this book. Good luck!
