Many skin troubles can be traced right back to cheap food.
Fur falling out, even fleas love the cheap food, dry skin is traceable to poor food.
At least try a good up-grade.............

Nu-Sal-T is a really good shampoo that you might be able to get from your vet. Aloe and Oatmeal shampoo is another shampoo made by Vet Solutions (or something like that) that you should be able to get from your vet. It does sound a bit like allergies, although I think Westies may be prone to skin issues. If you're willing to pay the money (it's expensive), your vet can draw blood and have the blood sent for comprehensive allergy testing. it may be the food you're feeding, in which case a hypo-allergenic food (such as Hill's Science Diet z/d, I think) is in order. Or it could be allergies to something else in your home. Good luck with your doggies!

I have had a similar problem with my westie. You should take them to the vets, and they may gie them a shot, or pills, or a cream to rub on the affected area.

you must take them to the vets seems unusual that two could suffer from eczema unless it is heridatory if they are related, if not it could be something different from eczema that is spreading from one dog to another , eczema is usually confined to the one sufferer.
