Hi there!
Are your nails weak? Bend easily? Are your hands in water, especially hot water a lot? These are just some of the causes of that. There are many products on the market for nail health and to make them stronger. If you have a Beauty Supply store near you, that would be the best place to go, so you can ask for their best nail healer polish. Use it faithfully, I believe you apply the polish every 3 days. And your nails will get healthier with the nutrients in the polish and stop peeling. As for what to take internally... gelatin. Eat Jello frequently or I believe there are gelatin capsules.
I hope this helps!
Good Luck!

put some body lotion to moisturize them or almond oil.
Also use a good nail hardener with calcium.
Dont use nail polish for a while but in case you have to do it never do it without applying the hardener first.
Hope this will help you.

Eat more fruits and vegetables and cut out as much red meat as possible. Drink pure water and cut out junk foods and sodas. Sodas are the number one cause of osteoporosis in women in the world. Teach yourself better eating habits and your exterior will begin to get better and better. And your insides will thank you too.

I've had this happen before. They're really thin, like paper under neath, right? You should start taking vitamins. Your diet is the main reason this is happening.
