I'm sure most of them do if that's what they like. They don't always have to if both partners dont want it. I don't think any relationship should end if one of them refuses to do it. That is obviously not a good relationship if they are going to end it over that.

I am not gay, but I am sure they do as do people that are not gay.how can we know if the relationship will end if oral sex is denied, we do not know the couple and if you are the one asking for yourself, you need to talk to your partner.

Duh. Of course they give oral sex to each other. Just like a straight relationship, not all gay relationships are the same. If oral sex is important to someone, they'd break up if hey don't get any.
