ok so i want my hair to be all different colrs and im only thirteen so i cant drive and i dont have any money to go get my hair done. my hair is blonde and shoulder length, and ive used markers before. it worked really well, but i used them all up and they washed out the first time i showered. so if anyone had any ideas on how to make hair dye using stuff you already have at home, please let me know.
p.s. does kool aid work? i can tell my mom to get it next time she goes to the store, and also please dont say to use hydrogen peroxide. i tried it and it didnt do anything

kool-aid does work it takes forever to get out though like months strong black tea works too!

Since you have the ability to be online why dont you access some hairdresser sites and see if you could purchase online the products that you need. You really dont want to damage your hair by using things that are not designed to be used and the damage done in the end would cost you more.

heyya dear... Henna Hair Dye Henna 200 gm Coffee powder 1 tsp Egg yolk 1 egg Rum/Brandy 1tsp Mix coffee powder in the water and make a paste of henna with the water. Beat the egg yolk and mix this into henna. Also add brandy to it. Apply the paste and leave it on for 3-4 hours before washing it with lukewarm water. Saffron Hair Dye Saffron 1 pinch Boiling water 500 ml Soak saffron in water for 10 minutes. Strain and use it on the hair. Grey hair will acquire a rich golden tint. Walnut Hair Dye Walnut husk 500 gm Water 500 ml Boil husk (dry outer covering) in the water for 15 minutes. Then strain and use this liquid to dye your hair. It will color brown hair to a darker shade. Any feedback and suggestions are most appreciated. Send them by using the form at the bottom of this page. Wash your hair with one of the following rinses. Pour the selected rinse through your hair 15 times, re-rinsing with the same liquid. On the final rinse, wring hair, and leave for 15 minutes before rinsing with clear water. Blonde: Mix 1 tablespoon lemon juice in 1 gallon warm water. Blonde Highlights Ingredients: 1 cup lemon juice 3 cups chamomile tea (brewed, & cooled) Directions: Mix ingredients, pour over damp hair then let sit for an hour while you sit in the sun, wash out. Follow with a good conditioner. NOTE: This process must be repeated daily for a few weeks before you notice any changes. hope this helps u.....

I wouldn't suggest using anything "home-made". In fact, I wouldn't suggest using anything at all. It damages your hair. My sister and mother dyed their hair, and they have lost a lot of it during showers.

I used lemon juice when I was your age. Soaked my hair in it and got lots of sun (summer or hot climate), lightened and brought out highlights.
